EMPLOYEE RECORDS
Each employee is required to complete the Employee documents at the time of his/her recruitment. These documents /forms are available with the Manager, Human Resource Department. It is the responsibility of the employee to ensure timely update of personal information and inform the HR Department in case of changes in any of the following particulars:
Residential address and telephone numbers
Contact person, in case of emergency
Marital Status
Name and Birth dates of dependents
Birth/death of dependents
You would also be required to furnish the following for the company records:
Copy of National ID Card
Resume/CV
Passport size photograph / soft copy of picture.
Copies of all educational documents
Copies of appointment letter of last employer & experience letters, if any.
"MXT" protects each employee’s right to privacy and the personal information will not be released to the outside sources without the written approval of the employees. Moreover, the collection of employee information is limited to that needed by the company for business and legal purposes.
