The Wyoming WAP Field Guide is a referenced standard of the Wyoming WAP Guidelines. The requirements established in this guide are mandatory for all work done in the program.
The Wyoming WAP Field Guide is not meant to replace the Work Order for any give project or task. The Work Order provides information to the assigned crew that gets:
· The right person
· In the right place
· With the right tools and equipment
· And the right materials
· To do the job they were hired to do
The Field Guide gives that crew/contractor the details and expectations of how those materials should be installed. Note in the examples below the lack of detail in the Work Order. When there are conflicts between the Work Order and what the crew is seeing on the job site, efforts need to be made to resolve these conflicts in an orderly manner. Any changes in the field could potentially impact the Energy Audit. Decisions to add or skip items must be coordinated through your supervisor. Quality works is always the priority of Wyoming WAP.
