The plastic pipe venting materials shall be labeled in accordance with the product standards specified by the appliance manufacturer or shall be listed and labeled in accordance with UL 1738.
Plastic pipe fittings used to vent appliances shall be installed in accordance with the appliance manufacturer's instructions.

The bottom of the vent terminal and the air intake shall be located not less than 12 inches above finished grade level.

The flue pipe screen should be installed at the termination of the flue pipe in all installations.
Intake must pull combustion air from outside. Intak should be ran in the shortest possible distance and minimize elbows and fittings.
