Hey, change happens! We've created two new forms to help ease team transitions, no matter when they happen. Use these forms to let us know about changes to your team and as a road map for a smooth, hiccup-free onboarding of new team members.
Staff/Team Changes Form: Use this form if you are hiring a new staff member, and/or if a member of your Give!Guide team is leaving your organization.
Main Contact Changes: Use this form to change the Main Contact for your Give!Guide campaign within your existing staff/team.

IMPORTANT: Nonprofits are responsible for onboarding all new members of their Give!Guide team. Everything you need to onboard a new team member is available on the Wiki.
Checklist for adding new people to your Give!Guide team:
✅ Create and save a basic legacy/continuity document for Give!Guide.
✅ Ensure new staff or team members access and bookmark the Nonprofit Wiki.
✅ Ensure new staff or team members complete all relevant Onboarding activities, regardless of when they join the campaign. This includes subscribing to Give!Guide newsletters and viewing the Orientation video.
