You may self-schedule for the following as needed:
Quick Chat, (10 min.). Quick question or problem? Let's talk.
In Depth Discussion, (20 min.). Reserved for more rigorous meetings that require more time to work through the agenda.
Campaign Post-Mortem or Check In (15 min.) Your chance to talk through your campaign with G!G HQ. These can run longer if needed. :-)
➡️ P.S. Isn't this the best/silliest flowchart ever? Probably! It comes from a Doist article appropriately called, "Should This Meeting Be an Email?" Lol.
At Give!Guide we practice community-centric fundraising and expect participating nonprofits to be generous with and mutually supportive of one another. This means as a cohort we:
Collaborate with and support each other to ensure the group is strong.
Generously share resources, ideas, data, and best practices.
Introduce our donors to other nonprofits, as appropriate.
Give credit to other nonprofits publicly.
Want a list that can be shared publicly? Here you go!
The best part of Give!Guide is the people. The opportunity to learn with, network, and just have fun with colleagues from across the cohort makes it worth it.
We encourage you to reach out to each other and develop your own 1:1 relationships. Here's the main contact list for this year's nonprofit cohort.
It'll fill out as people complete the Onboarding Documentation form. Is it magic? Maybe. Who are we to say?
The G!G Slack Community is a casual, peer-run forum shared by everyone involved with G!G. If you have questions, want to find a partner or share a job opportunity, post on Slack. It's a friendly, helpful bunch of people with nearly 700 users. Besides being a great peer network, G!G HQ will send urgent alerts on Slack that bring attention on extremely time sensitive items.
Slack isn't required, but highly encouraged. Follow the ground rules. Here are some for beginner user tips and how to collaborate effectively in channels.
Our handle is @GiveGuide (that's Toni, 99.9% of the time) and @Molly Rodrigano is our G!G Campaign Assistant. She's a great resource to tag, too!

Community-Centric Fundraising is a movement to evolve how fundraising is done in the nonprofit sector. Its goal is to support fundraisers and other nonprofit professionals to re-examine every fundraising philosophy and practice they have been taught, engage in vigorous ongoing conversations, and explore doing fundraising in ways that reduce harm and further social justice.
