ABOUT THE PROMO ITEMS

The more marketing and promotion, the more donors on giveguide.org. Help us build buzz and public visibility by promoting G!G with these items. All G!G promo items are free to the cohort — we design, produce, and pay for them from our budget. Please order thoughtfully so items get used. Extras can be returned for reuse.

Items are evergreen, recyclable, and meant for public display Nov 1–Dec 31.

THIS YEAR'S ITEMS

We have a range of promo items available to you this year including bookmarks, mini-flyers, posters, stickers, table toppers, thank you cards (with envelopes), thank you postcards, and yard signs. They're all designed to useful, shareable, and to generate public awareness of G!G.

A limited amount of yard signs will be available this year. Place your order as desired, G!G HQ will be in touch if we cross the limit.

There's a *small* chance that we're making some merch this year. If we do, it'll be for sale to the general public in the WW store.

TIPS

Spread the word: Tell clients, friends, volunteers, staff, board members, and partners to support your campaign.
Promote on-site: Use G!G assets in windows or around your property to catch attention.
Include business partners: They can display assets too, like at checkout areas and community boards.
Locations: Include windows, lobbies, community boards,
Placement: Get permission, track locations, and focus on high-traffic areas without overloading spots.
Engage your entire org: Explain to staff how the campaign works and encourage ideas. At a minimum, add a G!G tagline or mini-banner to staff and volunteer email signatures that links directly to your website profile on giveguide.org.

Folding Card
Blank interior, envelope included. A2 size (4.375 x 5.75 inches).

Postcard
Blank interior, (4.375 x 5.75 inches)
👉 Choose postcards if you prefer cheaper postage, shorter messages, and no enclosures.

Table Topper
Prints only, frame not included (4 x 6 inches). This frame was $2 from IKEA.

Posters
Tabloid size (11 x 17 inches)

Stickers
Die-cut original illustrations with subtle branding. They’re water-, oil-, and scratch-resistant for long-lasting durability. Not for sealing envelopes.

Mini Flyers
Quarter page size (4.25 x 5.5 inches)

Yard Signs
Standard size (26 x 16 inches), includes a wire frame. Do not use these as posters, they're $$$$.

Bookmarks
Standard size (2 x 6 inches)

Front Door Vinyl Cling
Place next to the front door of your org's building.
