⚠️ The Wiki is getting some updates. Pardon the dust! ⚠️
Getting your G!G bearings can be tough and that's where the Road Map and Activity Report come in handy. Together with the Wiki, it's everything you need to navigate the Give!Guide space.
Wiki: Your campaign manual and primary source of Give!Guide information. Find full explanations, submission forms, contacts lists, and more here.
Road Map: A flowchart of the Give!Guide timeline and activities. It's linked to corresponding pages in the Wiki to connect you to the information and forms.
Activity Report: A two-way tracker of nonprofit activities recorded by G!G HQ. See your realtime status and make sure our records acurately reflect your progress.
Scroll for details about both.
The Nonprofit Road Map is a sequenced flow chart covering every step of a G!G campaign from application to celebration. Use this tool to stay on schedule and on the right path.
Our Wiki's Nonprofit Activities section is organized to match the Road Map flow. All the forms and details about each item can be found in that section. Click around and get comfortable with this.
💡You're encouraged (and we deeply recommend) to work ahead, but don't fall behind.
✨ New for 2026! We've added a timeline and activity checklist to the Road Map document.
This is where you'll be able to check your activity and deadline status (and our recordkeeping!) anytime. It's a convenient way to keep track of G!G tasks and deadlines.
⚠️ Unexcused late items and missing work count as deductions to your score in the subsequent year's selection process and could compromise 3-year terms. Use the Road Map and Calendar to stay on top of deadlines!
👉 Tip: Email us as soon as possible if/when extenuating circumstances come up that affect your ability to meet deadlines.
