Level 70 is a dead Japanese mall that is one of the victims of Cognitive Resonance Conversion.
An indoor rollercoaster is seen that stretches all over Level 70, and it goes to all notable areas and hallways in Level 70. Level 70 contains 2 floors each with its own uniqueness and stores. The architecture seen in Level 70 is vast and dynamic, having many cultures implemented from before, such as traditional Japanese architecture, such as sliding doors or other notable pieces of history. There are also indoor gardens which house bonsai trees, flowers and other stupendous water features. Many works of art are also seen in Level 70, further proving the CRC theory, such as murals and other works. Level 70 is seen as above average when it comes to the luxury, as the floors are made of fine polished marble and have natural wooden structures.
Vibrant signage is seen within the stores found in Level 70, still flickering and working to present day. Many stores were cosmetic shops that contained jewelry and fragrances.
The Food Court in Level 70 is empty of any sources of food or water. However, it should be noted that an aroma of food is noticeable in the Food Court. But the source of this smell remains unknown.
Unexpectedly, Level 70's rollercoaster is still functional, and any explorer is fine to use it without any hazards. Explorers noticed that when they rode on the rollercoasters, they heard distant laughter as if the rollercoaster held old joyful memories of previous shoppers that used to thrive there.
Many, and I mean MANY explorers of Level 70 reported that they saw spirits of shoppers tending to the stores. However, when they attempted to interact, the spirits would fade away until the explorers got far from the place they attempted to interact with a spirit.
A glass door seems to be the exit out of this place, however opening it will have a 0.000075% chance to return you to Reality, and a 99.999925% chance to enter Level 71.
Level 70, before being affected by Cognitive Resonance Conversion, was a once thriving mall called "Yamato Plaza".
There are no known colonies and outposts found in Level 70.
