Urchin Girl is an entity found in Level 174, 

Behavior

She is passive, and doesn't react, when ditto, she hides her face with her spiky hair, but upon using the Tuning Fork mask, she will open up.

For every visit of Level 174, the Urchin Girl will hand you a Water Cake.

Biology

She is a purple urchin anthropomorphic individual, with spiky black hair, green sclera and a yellow mouth, a black chocker, a teal tanktop with a pufferfish illustration, lace arms and cuff decorations. Purple pants with yellow and green stain designs, green socks and teal cleavers.
