Level 21 resembles a green glowing hospital. Hallways can span very far from meters to kilometers in size. Most of the doors here are locked and cannot be opened and cannot be broken. Green Lights may appear in-between each door, it is unknown why they appear in-between each. At the end of one of the hallways is a bright window that leads to a dark sky without stars and only the moon. The power switches here are usually jammed and cannot be interacted with, but at rare occasions it can work.
In Level 21, there is a very small chance that there will be an area that has no door at all and only black void inside. Entering it will lead into the trap of the Desolance.
There are no known colonies and outposts on this level.
