Description

Heart Stopper Pie lives up to its name, it is a pie that upon taking an average bite will lead to many symptoms. It can be found anywhere with a freezer and/or fridge, and on the ground of Level 100's palm tree maze. It is also sold by Sal the Traveling Food Vendor for 5 Currency.

Item Characteristics

Heart Stopper Pie is always on a plate, similarly to Papa Pie, it will not go stale no matter how long left in the oxygen. It has a variety of toppings such as sprinkled cookies, cherries, whipped cream and filling. 

Effects

Eating a Heart Stopper Pie will cause a variety of symptoms such as nausea, blood clot, hemorrhages, diabetes and even death from succumbing the symptoms.
