Job Title: Wellness Coordinator
Salary Range: $15 per hour
Supervisor: Emily Jim
Hours: 32 hours/week
Position Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Wellness Coordinator to join our Youth Workforce Admin team. The Wellness Coordinator will work with WSCAT youth workers to develop an individualized wellness/fitness program. The coordinator will lead daily wellness activities for WSCAT staff and track progress of individual wellness goals.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of youth wellness activities and programs.
Document basic wellness goals and plans.
Engage with employees to encourage positive behavior, teamwork, and personal development.
Provide administrative support, including record-keeping and reporting.
Collaborate with staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all youth participants.
Attend training and development sessions to improve knowledge and skills.

Work Environment
Possible exposure to airborne pathogens (e.g., COVID-19). May be required to wear personal protective equipment such as facemasks (for respiratory protection) and/or gloves.
Physical Demands
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10lbs and occasionally lift and/or support up to 75lbs
While performing this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, talk, and hear. The employee is regularly required to sit, and to use hands to handle/feel objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, to taste or smell, to climb or balance, to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
