Job Title: Coding / Mobile App Development Internship
Salary Range: $15 an hour

Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Mobile App Development Intern to join our dynamic development team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work hands-on with us to build, test, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. You will gain valuable experience in the entire mobile app development lifecycle, through the beginning stages of app design.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. “Overview”
Code Development: Writing code for mobile applications (e.g., in languages like Swift, Kotlin, Java, or React Native) under the guidance of senior developers
Bug Fixing & Debugging: Identifying and fixing bugs in mobile applications. Interns may work on resolving issues in code, improving performance, or making minor fixes to app features.
Testing: Assisting in writing and executing test cases to ensure the app is bug-free and performs well across different devices and operating systems.
UI/UX Implementation: Assisting in the creation of user interfaces and ensuring that the app is user-friendly. This might involve implementing designs or updating UI components as per the specifications.
Documentation: Writing clear, concise documentation for code and processes to help the team understand the project and maintain it in the future.
Research and Prototyping: Conducting research on new technologies, frameworks, or tools and prototyping solutions for problems the team is solving.
Learning & Training: Attending training sessions, meetings, or briefings to gain a deeper understanding of mobile development, company processes, and industry practices.

Work Environment
Possible exposure to airborne pathogens (e.g., COVID-19). May be required to wear personal protective equipment such as facemasks (for respiratory protection) and/or gloves.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10lbs and occasionally lift and/or support up to 75lbs
While performing this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, talk, and hear. The employee is regularly required to sit, and to use hands to handle/feel objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, to taste or smell, to climb or balance, to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
