Job Title: Manufacturing Internship

Position Summary
The Manufacturing Intern will support the operations team by assisting in analyzing production data and learning about day-to-day manufacturing practices. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in manufacturing processes, lean principles, and industrial technology.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Work with Engineers
Support engineers or supervisors as they check and test the quality of products and inspect equipment
Participate in troubleshooting manufacturing issues alongside team members.
Shadow operations staff and learn about machine functions, materials flow, and plant logistics.

Work Environment
Possible exposure to airborne pathogens (e.g., COVID-19). May be required to wear personal protective equipment such as facemasks (for respiratory protection) and/or gloves.
Physical Demands
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10lbs and occasionally lift and/or support up to 75lbs
While performing this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, talk, and hear. The employee is regularly required to sit, and to use hands to handle/feel objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, to taste or smell, to climb or balance, to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
