Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Digital Records Intern to support our records management and digital archiving efforts. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in information management, library science, digital preservation, or administrative systems.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assist with organizing, digitizing, and cataloging physical and electronic records
Help evaluate and improve digital filing structures for better access and retrieval
Conduct quality assurance checks on scanned or uploaded documents
Support data cleanup and migration projects between platforms
Assist in drafting and updating digital records management policies and procedures
Collaborate with various departments to identify and archive essential record
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Work Location: Warm Springs Community Action Team

Work Environment
Possible exposure to airborne pathogens (e.g., COVID-19). May be required to wear personal protective equipment such as facemasks (for respiratory protection) and/or gloves.
Physical Demands
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10lbs and occasionally lift and/or support up to 75lbs
While performing this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, talk, and hear. The employee is regularly required to sit, and to use hands to handle/feel objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, to taste or smell, to climb or balance, to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
