Step 1: Ensure you have changed from the 'Design' environment to the 'Manufacture' environment.
Step 2: Select the '2D' drop-down menu > Select '2D Bore'.
This will open a new 2D Bore menu.

Step 3: Inside the tool tab (first tab):
Ensure that the 'Metric - High Carbon Steel' Ø4mm - Flat end mill' tool is still selected...

Step 4: Inside the bore hole window:
Select the Geometry Tab (2nd tab).
Expand the 'Tool Orientation' drop down window.
Select the 'Select Z Axis/Plane & Y Axis' option.
Select the Z Axis
Select the Y Axis

Step 5: Inside the geometry tab (2nd tab):
Select the 'Circular Face Selections' cursor icon.
Step 6: Select the holes as shown.
You will notice that the tool path is offset to allow for the diameter of the tool.
