Currently the neighbouring property is screened by a broken bamboo screen
There are lots of exposed water pipes and valves, which require infrequent access.
There is an exposed drainage area which is uneven and unsightly.
Current sink needs to be removed.
There is currently no gate. I would like one to be installed with a post on the right side that can double as a post for new cladding.
The space above the small wall is not utilised. I would like to install a planter here. This would need to be securely fastened to the 15cm thick wall. The back of the planter should be level with the back of the wall and the front should be level with the pipes (approximately).
A second fence post should be installed (in line with the corner of the small wall) to accommodate the new cladding.
The existing sink will need to be removed.
9 x 260cm long planks should line up with the top of the planter.
Return section will require 16 pieces of timber 175cm long.
Please provide cutouts for plug and tap to allow for stainless steel kitchen.
Access panel or doors to access pipes for meter reading / valves
Measurement: 120cm x 120cm.
Planter Design:
Planter should be a simple trough planter box design.
Maximum dimensions should be as follows:
Width: 150cm
Height 40cm (Can be adjusted down to line up with fence panel).
Depth 45cm
The depth can be reduced if it is difficult to securely fasten the planter to the wall.
Planter should be securely fixed with brackets.
Planter should have small holes / membrane to allow water drainage.
Work revisions (Extras)
Extend both posts by 80cm.
22 boards 3 metre long
7 boards 77cm long
15 boards 92cm long
Mounting needed to disguise pitched roof behind
Fence posts attached to wall.
Further 14 x 3 metre posts on posts to fence off neighbouring building.
(I don't know how tall this is allowed to be, so open to advice - it would be 14 panels for 2 metre height).
