Adding Keys Tutorial
Please note: before adding keys you must ensure that you have completed the previous tutorials and now have the assembled keyholder.

Step 2: Click on DOWNLOAD and the download will begin. You should see an icon appear in the system tray at the bottom of your screen.
Step 3: Click on the arrow next to the file name and select 'Show in Folder'.
Step 4: Locate the file in your downloads folder and drag it onto your desktop.
Step 5: Click on the 'Show Data Panel' button (in the top-left corner) > Open up the project folder that contains the key holder.
Select the 'Upload' button.
Step 5 - Alternative: Open Fusion 360 > Go to the file icon (top-left of the screen) and select 'Upload'.
Step 6: With the Upload Window open, click on the blue 'Select Files' button > Find the F3D file on your desktop > Select 'Open'.
Finally, select the blue 'Upload' button to complete the upload process.
Please note: the upload button is at the bottom-right corner and you may need to move the window upwards to see this...
Step 7: After a few moments you should see the key appear in the project folder.
Step 8: With the move tool already selected you can change the angle of the key and also move the location along the X, Y or Z axis.
This is the simplest method to move the key, however it is not the most accurate.
Step 1: Expand the bodies tab. > Select the key body.
Press the M key on your keyboard to enter the MOVE command.
Use the arrow(s) to rotate the key so that it is orientated the same as the key holder. Press Enter.
Step 2: Expand the bodies tab > Select the eye icon next to the 'Plate Top' body to hide this body.
This is necessary so that we can see where we intend to join the key...
Step 3: Press the J key on your keyboard to enter the JOINT command.
With 'component 1' selected, select the bottom edge of the hole in the key.
With 'component 2' selected, select the bottom edge of the screw bottom to place the key.
Repeat the process for extra keys.
Step 4: You may wish to undo the joint from step 3 and try a different placement of the key.
To do this simply rotate the angle of the key > Press ENTER to confirm placement.
Step 5: Press the J key on your keyboard to enter the JOINT command.
With 'component 1' selected, select the bottom rounded edge of the slot in the key.
With 'component 2' selected, select the bottom edge of the screw bottom to place the key.
Use the movement arrows to tweak the placement before pressing Enter to confirm final placement.
