Club Forms

All WHS clubs must meet in person at least once/month with their staff advisor present.  Virtual meetings may occur in addition to the monthly in-person meeting.  Log all club meetings using the form below!  Any club events (on or off campus) must be requested and approved in advance using the form below.  You do not need to complete the event request form for regular meetings.  Any questions, contact Mr. Torres (nicholastorres@westonps.org)
