The Real Estate Club focuses on educating and preparing its members for when they inevitably step into the real estate market whether they want to buy, sell, rent, or manage properties. Our complex simulation and meetings will educate members on how to generate money in the lucrative and unpredictable real estate market. Check the Instagram (linked at the bottom) for updates.

Members act as real estate agents and investors!!
Members will be given fake money that they can use to buy and manage properties
Players can also issue loans and mortgages
House prices are designed to fluctuate
Members must be careful when choosing locations to buy houses
After purchasing a property:
They can sell the property to other players
They can rent out the property to simulated tenants
