What is mental health counselling ?

The counsellor will listen to you in a non-judgmental manner. You can talk about difficult events, relationships, negative feelings, thoughts and behaviours that you wish to change. With professionalism, compassion and neutrality, they will help you develop new coping mechanisms. This is a trusting and collaborative process from both sides.

Who can seek mental health support ?

Anyone can seek help with a counsellor! Reach out, if you’re going through: Prolonged stress, anxiety, emotional instability; consistent suffering and sadness no matter how much you’ve tried to manage; a trauma; burnout, loss of interest in everything, loss of life balance; inability to carry out daily routine, eating or sleeping disorder; ongoing conflicts in relationships at home, school, work, love life, friendship, etc.

Due to limited resources, kindly consider carefully before booking to ensure support reaches those in need. Whenever you need someone to talk to, someone to listen with compassion, when there are worries and pains you can’t overcome on your own, don’t hesitate to seek help. We are here for you, always.
