Class Allocation

You can now access your current schedule and registered course codes by visiting the "Clas schedule" section on our website. This feature allows you to conveniently view your class timetable and keep track of the courses you have enrolled in.

To access your schedule and course codes, simply use Chrome with student email profile and navigate to "Class schedule" . You will find a comprehensive overview of your classes, including the respective course codes that you have registered for. Please ensure that you regularly check your schedule for any updates or changes.

For 1st enrollment students in Stage 1:

Class allocation will be open for registration from 09:00, 09 April to 23:59 10 April 2024. 

The class schedule details will be displayed below for your review (expected on April 6). During this period, you will NOT be able to click the "Enroll" button to submit your registration until the system opens. Further instructions can be found HERE. It will be regularly updated as this is the transition period of subject registration in the new system.

Please be aware that the schedules are tentative and may subject to change. The schedules will be finalized and updated on this site by the end of April 2024.

Most classes will take place at 196 Tran Quang Khai campus, with the exception of certain classes which will be at 17 Pham Ngoc Thach campus. Please pay close attention to the class descriptions marked with an asterisk (*) and carefully consider them when making your class selections.

Classes appeared below are based on our record of your enrolment in the Subject Enrolment phase. 

Class allocation will be open for registration from 11:30, 25 March to 23:59 31 March 2024.

If the classes of the subjects you want to register are not appear, return to Register to Subject tab and submit your most up-to-date request. After this step, if they do not appear, it may be because the schedules of the subjects you enrolled have not been confirmed yet. Once the schedules are confirmed, they will be made available. In this case please come back to this site at later time for updates. 

Please be aware that during this period, the schedules are tentative and may subject to change. The schedules will be finalized and updated on this site in Mid- April 2024.
