The first time you receive a video reading, your browser will invite you to allow the Astrofame website to use your camera and your microphone. To do so simply click on "Allow ".

Your choice is saved on Chrome and will be applied to all future video reading requests.

If no pop-up appears or your camera and microphone do not activate properly, check the Astrofame permissions.

To do so, while you're on your Advisor Page, click on the little lock to the left of the URL in the address bar.

Then click on the small blue buttons to allow the access to the camera and microphone.
