The "Program follow-up" feature allows you to write a personalized message to a customer after his session scheduling the sending on the date of your choice in order to create a close bond with him.
For example, you can send a message to wish an happy birthday or get news after his session.
Find on "Customer Loyalty > Program follow-ups" the customers from the last 7 days and who can be the object of a programmed message.
Identify those you wish to keep in touch to and click on the green button "Program a message sending".
Compose your personalized message then set the date and time you want it to send.
To keep customers coming back, reward them by giving them loyalty discounts or extras when they use your services repeatedly.
Note that the coupon gift could be used for a reading with you only and over the period set by you.
It will be automatically applied the next time the client contacts you.
This is entirely at your charge and it is deducted from your earnings just in case your customer uses it.

If you change your mind, you'll be able to cancel a scheduled message before it is sent by selecting "Scheduled Sending" from the drop-down menu on "Customer Loyalty> Program follow-ups", then on the "Cancel" button.
