Some clients need to communicate a lot of specific information about their situation in order to get a detailed report.
This is why they can ask you for an email session.
In this way, customers are able to write a message to you attaching documents or photos.
Short Readings requires a reply within 24 Hours.
In-Depth Readings requires a reply within 48 Hours.
To activate the email readings, go to your Expert’s Corner and then click on “My Expert Service” then "My type of consultations". Then clck on modify on "Email Readings - Settings" on bottom right.
Add a description asking customer to provide DOBs, Names, and attach any images.
If you have chosen this reading option, you should not set a schedule. The client can email you at any time.
When a customer sends you an email request, you are notified by email and by SMS*.
To access the email reading request, click on: "My Activities" >> “Email Readings" and then select the message "awaiting your response” .
Click on “Accept” and then validate it, to accept the request. Next, click on the message again to answer it. If you need some complimentary details from the customer, select 'More Information' and add a massage.
If you want to finish the reading and bill the client, select “Final Answer”.
Please note, if you have inadvertently accepted a request, do not close it: the customer will be unduly billed..
*Attention: To be notified by SMS that you have an email reading request, you should provide your mobile number in "My profile"
Once the reading is finished, you will receive an automatic email informing your earning for the reading.
In your advisor page, you can find the list of your email requests by clicking on "My activities > Email Readings".
Check the "Completed" box to display all your past sessions.
To display the bill details, click on the button "Receipt".
To retain your customers, you can send them a private message by clicking on "Send a message..." at the bottom of the page.
