It is important to provide a complete schedule for the week and update as often as possible. Consult regularly the page, “Booked Phone Readings”
The SMS notification can help you remain updated on all requests, you should provide your mobile number in "My Details".
You can check your appointment requests on your Dashboard and on the "My Activity > Booked Phone Readings" page.
Once the appointment is accepted, the call is automatically launched on the set date, even if you have not updated your phone availability.
If for any reason you are no longer available, remind to cancel the appointment and inform your client by the form.
Booked phone requests are automatically confirmed when the request is made within 24 hours and if your are available at that time slot.
You can cancel your booked phone reading from "My Activity > Booked Phone Readings".
If you decline an appointment, please send a message to your customer to suggest another time slot.
