Verify the TimeZone is correct according to your location. Set your hours according the days or times of the week, click on, Modify.
Do not forget to click on the bottom button, Confirm, for the changes to be applied. (it could take 5 minutes at least)
Update your schedule based on your actual availability so you don't leave customers unanswered.
The schedule for the current day can also be update from your Dashboard.

To proceed, please call 0203 695 9233:
press 1 to edit to your service;
then input your pin code followed by the hash key (#);
follow the prompts.
When you are no longer available, your service closes and no one can access the waiting list.
If there are still customers, the system will prompt requests to handle customers who joined the list before the closing time.
Of course, you can reject all these pending requests as you are no longer available. It is also possible to reject them altogether to alert all clients that they need to make an appointment.
Note that you can temporarily disable a reading option if you wish. You can then make yourself available by phone, video and/or chat based on your needs.
Any time you need, you can take a break by clicking on the "20 minute pause" button on your Dashboard.
Do not forget to click on "Return from break 'de pause" before the end of the countdown.
Are you planning a few days of well-deserved rest??
You can indicate a period of time off from work in your schedule.
In your Dashboard > My Phone Availability, click on “Plan a period of absence” and just add your off dates.
This way, your clients will be notified and can schedule an appointment from the date of your return.
If you wish, you can also recommend some advisors for your clients to contact during your absence.
Also, don't forget to schedule your loyalty emails to keep your customers updated on your return, they will surely be happy to have you back!
There is no schedule for e-mail readings, the clients can email you at any time.
If you wish to be contacted just during your phone availability, we suggest you to specify it in the e-mail description field.
All readers are supposed to maintain an answering rate with a minimum 85% for all services (Call, Chat, Video and Email).
On the third consecutive alarm, Astrofame will be forced to suspend you from the network due to the violation of terms and conditions.
