For some reason, you miss a session.
Remember that any missed session represents an immediate loss of our common gains.
A missed request could make the client discouraged.
It is extremely important to update your schedule according to your real availability.
In case of temporary unavailability, you must use the pause button on your Dashboard.
Each pause is limited to 20 minutes but you can of course reuse this pause button as many times you need.
Check all the details of the calls you have missed in "My activities > My missed sessions" page.
If you have already had a reading with the client previously, we strongly advise you to send him a private message to invite him to contact you again.
You can check and follow the statistics of all your past sessions, completed and missed ones. Number of successful sessions / number of received sessions define your conversion customer rate.
Check your rates in "My activities > Activity Followup > Quality of service> Conversion rate".
