In order to be able to make a video reading, you must first enable your web browser to access the camera and microphone.
Find out how to handle it if you use Firefox.
The first time you receive a video reading, your browser will invite you to allow the Astrofame website to use your camera and your microphone. To do so simply click on "Allow ".
If you want Firefox to save your choice, click "Save this choice" before clicking on "Allow".
If no pop-up appears or your camera and microphone do not activate properly, check the Astrofame permissions.

Scroll down to the "Permissions" section and click on "Settings" next to "Camera".
In the new window that will open search for the site https://www.astrofame.com
