Send a personalized message to specific customers
"Loyalty emails" feature allows you to send the same message to several customers at the same time.
The goal is to target as many customers as possible with just a few clicks.
All customers will receive the same message.
Please, use My Messages and Program Followup features to send a personalized message.
You can use this tool to announce a special offer, bounce back on a hot topic, ask for news, present your wishes ... or even create your own event!
Send a loyalty email on "Customer Loyalty> Loyalty emails" section.
Note: You can send one message per week to each customer segment.
You can adapt the content of your message according to each customer segment:
New Customers
firts reading within the last 60 days
positive review provided
not blacklisted
Top Customers
more than 3 readings or less than 3 months since joining
positive review provided
not blacklisted
within the TOP 100 customers, noumerous sessions within the last 30 days
not consider a New customer
Inactive Customers
last reading after more than 30 days
at least 3 sessions with you
positive review provided
not blacklisted
Loyal Customers
minimum of 3 readings or no readings since the last 3 month
not part of the TOP 100 clients within the last 30 days

To keep customers coming back, reward them by giving them loyalty discounts or extras when they use your services repeatedly.
Note that the coupon gift could be used for a reading with you only and over the period set by you.
It will be automatically applied the next time the client contacts you.
This is entirely at your charge and it is deducted from your earnings just in case your customer uses it.
A 10% reward will be applied to any reading generated by sending a loyalty email that includes a promotional voucher.
To keep customers coming back, reward them by offering them free minutes for their next reading.
Note that free minutes could be used for a reading with you only and over the period set by you.

You can enter the customer's username, which you no longer wish to send messages or, conversely, those who want to write again on "Customer Loyalty > Loyalty Emails" then "Unsuscribe a Customer"
Use the search engine to find the customer then click on "Unsubscribe".
The blacklisted customer will no longer receive your loyalty emails.
If you've blacklisted a customer from your loyalty emails but change your mind, you can add them back to your recipients.
On "Customer Loyalty> Loyalty emails" page, to add one of your customers to your mailing list, search for their username on the search bar then click on "write again to this customer".
