Exceptionally, you can refund a customer for any specific reason.
You have to note that Astrofame does not take any part in your personal choice to refund a customer.
According to the “Rules of Professional Conduct for Seers” of our “Terms and Conditions”: “The practice of divination is a means of entertainment and leisure. It allows people to spend their free time having fun and offers them a respite from their daily concerns. Therefore, nobody can claim that the predictions are fully reliable, as achieving them is not guaranteed"
You can give a refund by the session's receipt.
In the "My activities > My sessions" page, click "Receipt" then on the "Give a refund" link at the bottom of the page.
Note that the maximum refund could be the amount spent by the client for the session.
The refund is entirely at your charge: it will be retired from your earnings and credited to the customer's Astrofame wallet.
This coupon could be used with all Astrofame advisors.
Not to be confused with loyalty coupons that can send by Program Followup and Loyalty emails.
