Check the list of your customers on Customer Loyalty > My customers.
All customers of the last 6 months are indicated by default but you can refine your search by the research bar.
You can also apply filters to refine your research.
Possible payment issues:
unpaid: the reading could not be cashed to date following a banking problem (cash flow, limit exceeded, modification of bank details, etc.). It could be a temporary situation. For your information, 95% of these transactions are finally honored.
Be careful to customers who are regularly in arrears payement.
disputes: the customer disputes the invoice. In a very large majority of cases, transaction disputes come from fraudulent customers. The latter either use stolen credi cards and they also multiply the nicknames.
A customer can leave a review just if his reading lasts at least 5 paying minutes. Customers have 15 days to evaluate your reading.
It is strongly recommended to reply to customer reviews, even unsatisfied ones, while remaining friendly and not revealing any elements related to the reading.
Identify the customers present in your segments of loyalty e-mails and affiliation.

Use the search bar to look at your customers by theirs nickname.
💡 New : A new feature has been added to make it easier to find your customers. You now have the option of searching for a customer using their first name.
Enter the first name of the customer you're looking for in the box "Customer first name". Please note that this feature will only work if you have previously entered the customer's first name in customer data.
Click the nickname to acces to a Customer Data on which you can find some informations and statistics relating to your customers . You can also write and save notes on your readings.
Click on the 'Add' button to place a customer in the list of your favorites.
By this way you could email to all your favorite customers the same message.
If you change your mind, just click on 'Remove' button.
