This is a video conference session, via two interposed screens. You can connect through your PC equipped with a webcam or from your smartphone.
For an even richer exchange, you will be able to meet your clients for a face-to-face session. You will have the opportunity to show your tarot cards to better explain your readings, add the energy of your eyes to the power of your voice. The connection and exchange with your clients will be strengthened.
No software or plug-in is required to set the video reading.
You must use the same tool as for the chat.
Fill a short presentation of your service in "My expert service > My type of consultations". Then click on modify in "Consultation Settings - Chat & Video"on top right.
Authorize a discreet session to offer chat readings.
After activating the chat at the top of the page, you must allow the video reading option:
In your advisor page by "My Expert Service > My type of consultations" select the rate for your instant sessions (call and chat) on bottom left.
Please note that there is only one rate per phone, per chat and per video.
It comes with a unique schedule to set your availability for phone, video and chat readings.
Update your phone Schedule on your Advisor Page: “My Activities >> My Availability”.
The daily plan can also be viewed and edited directly from your Dashboard.
Note that you can temporarily disable a reading option if you wish. You can then make yourself available by phone, video and/or chat based on your needs.
If needed, you can temporarily switch to busy status by clicking on the "pause 20 minutes" button on your Dashboard. Don't forget to click "Return from break" when you are available again.
Of course, video reading involves quite a bit of planning. It is more challenging to provide for a video counseling than a phone call that can be handled without special care wherever you are.
Therefore, we have come up with the option of video session by appointment only, in order to make better and earlier arrangements.
For this purpose:
1/ activate the video option in "My Expert Service > My Types of Consultation".
2/ disable your instant availability for video in your dashboard.
This way, the appointment option will be proposed to clients visiting your page with the "Arrange an appointment" button.
In case of a video request, a window will open on your Dashboard.
Your browser will also ask you to allow access to your microphone and camera (or camera on your mobile version).
An alarm ring sounds: don't forget to turn your sound on!
If you are available by phone, a call also alerts you to the chat request.
You will be notified by SMS as well.*
Warning! You have to respond in less than 4 minutes. However, try to respond as quickly as possible.
If you inadvertently leave the chat page, the reading will pause (and billing will stop).
You can return to chat and resume the session by clicking on the small bubble on the right of the screen.
To check statistics, reviews and other useful information, click on the customer's nickname.

Once your session is over, you will receive an email concerning your earnings.
Check the list of your past readings by clicking on "My activities > My sessions".
Click on "Details >> Reiceipt" to check the details of the invoicing.
To build your customer loyalty, send a message to all your customers by clicking on the "Send a message to..." button located at the bottom.
