Send a personalized message to specific customers
After each reading you can send a private message to your customers.
Customers can also do it with the same tool.
These exchanges are completely free and shouldn't replace a paid reading.
Use this function to keep in touch with your customers to find out the outcome of their request or simply to get news.
Customers really appreciate these privileged exchanges and can also send you photos, if needed for reading.
Send a message to a client by "My activities > My sessions" page.
Select the customer you wish to write to, then click on "Receipt" on the right column.
Once on the billing detail, click on "Send a message to..." link located at the bottom.
New: There is only one discussion thread per customer. All old messages are therefore aggregated in a single discussion thread.
Saisissez le montant que vous souhaitez rembourser au client, complétez par un message privé puis validez l'opération en cliquant sur le bouton bleu "Valider".
Notez que le montant du remboursement ne peut pas dépasser le montant facturé au client sur la consultation.
Une fois le remboursement effectué, le client est crédité d'un bon d'achat valable avec tous les Experts Wengo. Ce bon sera automatiquement appliqué lors de sa prochaine consultation.
Le bon d'achat est entièrement à votre charge et il est directement déduit de vos gains.

In this case customers could send to you a private message to have further information, even if they have never called you before.
Authorize exchange of messages starting from the transaction:
Customers could send to you a message following a reading.

Set a limit on the number of exchanges after each consultation. Once the quota is reached, the discussion will be automatically closed.
