Branding

1. Download the template (all templates are available below)

Click on the link for the specific asset you require. This will download the template file.

NB: it is essential that a designer or someone with adequate experience of Adobe Illustrator applies the artwork to the template provided.

2. Place artwork

The template will contain a number of layers:

• Text safe zone: Text and any important imagery should sit inside this area.

• WS logo lockups: If your asset is dual branded, it will contain TWO layers with the Web Summit logo. The layers are white and navy; depending on your artwork, please choose the lockup that works best in contrast (e.g if your artwork uses primarily darker colours, choose the white lockup, and vice versa). Once you have chosen, hide the other logo lockup layer. Please do not edit these layers or place your artwork on a layer above them. Place your artwork in the layer labelled ‘Your artwork here’.

NB: if the template does not include a layer with WS logos, it is not required for the asset.

• Your artwork here: This is the layer the artwork should be placed.

3. Save file

Naming convention: When saving/naming your file, please use the name that is already on the file, but add your company name at the start.

For example: the file RIO25_Hanging_banner_50% should be saved as CompanyName_RIO25_Hanging_banner_50%.

When you are happy with the artwork and it is named correctly, please send the illustrator file (.ai) back to us via this form. Please ensure all text is outlined and images are embedded in the file.

If the artwork meets our design requirements, we will prepare the file for print. If changes need to be made, the file will be returned with recommendations.

4. Submitting the file

Your partner success manager will share a form with you, you will submit your file via that form.

2. Insira a arte

O template terá várias camadas:

• Zona de segurança de texto: O texto e qualquer imagem importante devem ficar dentro dessa área.

• Bloqueios de logotipo do WS: Se o seu item de branding tiver marca dupla, ele conterá DUAS camadas com o logotipo do Web Summit. As camadas são branca e azul-marinho; dependendo da sua arte, escolha o bloqueio que funciona melhor em contraste (por exemplo, se a sua arte usar principalmente cores mais escuras, escolha o bloqueio branco e vice-versa). Depois de escolher, oculte a outra camada de bloqueio do logotipo. Não edite essas camadas nem coloque sua arte em uma camada acima delas. Coloque sua arte na camada denominada "Your artwork here".

Nota: se o template não incluir uma camada com logotipos do WS, ela não será necessária.

• “Your artwork here”: Essa é a camada em que a sua arte deve ser colocada.

3.  Salvar o arquivo

Ao salvar/nomear seu arquivo, use o nome que já está no arquivo, mas acrescente o nome de sua empresa no início.

Exemplo: O Arquivo RIO25_Hanging_banner_50% deverá ser salvo como NomeDaEmpresa_RIO25_Hanging_banner_50%.

Quando estiver satisfeito com a sua arte e ele estiver nomeado corretamente, envie o arquivo do illustrator (.ai) de volta para nós por meio deste formulário. Certifique-se de que todo o texto esteja delineado e que as imagens estejam incorporadas ao arquivo.

Se a sua arte atender aos nossos requisitos de design, prepararemos o arquivo para impressão. Se for necessário fazer alterações, o arquivo será devolvido com recomendações.

4. Envio do arquivo

O seu partner success manager irá partilhar um formulário com você e você enviará seu arquivo por meio desse formulário.
