Please note talks, roundtables and masterclasses will begin at approximately 10am each day (November 12-14).
The Partner Success team has assigned your tickets to your designated ticket manager. You can find a breakdown of the ticket types here.
Each Web Summit ticket is assigned to a specific individual and is valid for the duration of the event. There are no day tickets available for Web Summit.
If somebody from your team cannot make it to the event, you can re-assign their tickets up until the beginning of the event.
If you are bringing someone under 18 please contact the Partner Success team who can advise on the process.
Chairperson ticket holders have access to Speaker's lounge throughout the event.
All tickets must be assigned by November 8.
The original ticket dashboard is also available for Web Summit 2024, if you prefer to use it for ticket management.
Once you have been assigned a ticket you will be able to access our Web Summit mobile app which is available to download here.
You can use the mobile app to build out your schedule for the event, network with other attendees, sign up for attendee perks and much more.
A mobile app guide is available here.
Lead generation is a key objective for our partners.
To support this, we have launched the company scanning feature within our Web Summit event app and we also have teamed up with Zuant to provide another lead-scanning option to our partners.
For Web Summit, we have various options to help you generate leads at the event.
The connection feature is available to all attendees on the Web Summit app.
The connect button can be accessed from each attendee's personal profile.
Once you click 'connect' they'll be sent a connection request. Once they accept they'll be added to your 'Connections' section.
This can be accessed from 'connections' at the bottom of the home page.
Video demonstration here.
This lead scanning function is controlled by the ticket owner and can be enabled from their ticket dashboard.
It can be accessed from the bottom navigation bar on the home page of the mobile app.
There will be an option to toggle the company scanning on/off. Company scanning mode will be on by default if enabled for that ticket holder.
Once you scan an attendee they need to approve the scan on their app.
Any attendees scanned by your team in company scanning mode will appear in 'Leads' in the main menu by clicking on your profile picture in the top left-hand corner of your app.
Video demonstration here.
Each company profile on the Web Summit mobile app has a QR code that can be scanned to connect with that profile.
When an attendee scans the QR code they will be prompted to consent to sharing their information with that company.
QR code scans will appear in 'Leads' in the main menu.
Partners can avail of various lead retrieval packages from our third-party supplier, Zuant, who offer a ‘lite, classic and pro’ package.
Zuant packages can come with additional features and benefits such as:
A leads dashboard / online cloud platform
Customizable questions
One-step scan approval
The deadline to order from Zuant is Friday, November 1st. Zuant is currently offering a free lite package to Web Summit Lisbon Partners. If you are interested in learning more about Zuant, please let us know and we can introduce you to the Zuant team.
You can also learn more about our Web Summit mobile app lead scanning tool on the Partner Hub.

Night Summit is the official Web Summit after-hours get-together, bringing the event to some of our favourite neighbourhoods in Lisbon.
Night Summit started in Dublin as evening pub crawls that allowed attendees to get to know each other after a day of talks.
This year Night Summit is going back to its roots.
In 2024, we will be renewing our focus on hosting intimate community gatherings, making big rooms feel smaller, and connecting people across Lisbon on Tuesday, November 12 and Wednesday, November 13.
More information on Night Summit can be found on our Night Summit webpage here and in the Discovery section of the mobile app.
Please take note of the security and baggage policies below.
Please note the sizes apply from 8.30 am onwards. Before this partners are allowed to bring in boxes or large bags through security.
There will be a bag drop facility located beside both Main Registration and Entrance 2.
A drop-off service is available to partners with provided build stands.
Merkur, our official logistics provider will be managing this service from Thursday, November 7 until Monday, November 11 at 2.30pm.
They will accept dropped off materials at the marshalling yard, image below.
Partners that avail of the pre-event drop off service will have their items delivered directly to their stand on the morning of Tuesday, November 12 prior to opening.
No bookings are necessary for this service.
Materials and/or shipments exceeding 0.2 cubic metres should be shipped through the advanced warehouse and will not be accepted.
Direct shipments to the venue by delivery companies and couriers are not permitted. If you wish to ship to the venue, please contact the Partner Success team for an introduction to Merkur.
