Step 2 : Download your artwork graphics template suited to your stand size. This is what the designer must use to submit your artwork. Please take note of stand orientation.
Step 3 : Please submit your artwork before September 13. A form will be provided to you by the Partner Success team.

Please refer to the site plan for your stand orientation, and indicate the left and right walls artwork.
4m x 2m stands
The best way to get the orientation of your stand is to visualise yourself standing in front of your stand.
If the long wall is to your left - it is left aligned (meaning the short wall is on your right)
If the long wall is to your right it is right aligned (meaning the short wall is on your left)

Our templates are made using Adobe Illustrator. The template is not accessible without this software. To make the most of your stand artwork, we recommend that a designer proficient in Adobe Illustrator work on it.
Each provided stand artwork template contains two artboards – one for each wall of the stand. It is highly recommended that your final artwork does not feature imagery, graphics or text that intersects across the walls. Due to printing alignment and processes, we cannot guarantee that these graphics would align perfectly.

Stands are a fixed height of 2.438m (8’ 0”) or 3m (9’ 10”) for 4m x 4m stands. No above-stand banners are permitted as part of this package.
Depth
Depth
The depth dimensions of your stands are determined by your contractual agreement. Please ensure your design team complete the keyline graphics in the link above. All activations should remain within the dimensions of the allocated space.
QR code information
QR code information
Your individual company QR code will be provided to you by your partner success manager. If you choose to use the QR code provided by Web Summit, it must be placed in the allocated area highlighted in the template in order to meet accessibility requirements. If the QR code is placed incorrectly, it will be moved to the allocated position by Web Summit designers.
You can place your own generated QR at any place in your artwork. However, we recommend using the highlighted area in order to guarantee your QR code accessibility for everyone.

If your stand artwork consists of dark colours, we recommend to explore an addition of spotlights to increase visibility. Spotlights can be purchased in the partner store once it is open.
