To register and gain access to our event you and your team will need tickets. Your ticket are in the form of a QR code, which you must show at registration in order to collect your accreditation and enter the event venue. You can access the QR code from logging into your profile on the Web Summit app.
You will identify your ticket manager in you onboarding form. As the ticket manager it is your responsibility to assign tickets. To assign your tickets, please follow the steps below.
1. Ticket dashboard
Follow this link to your ticket dashboard. Please enter the email address that your tickets have been assigned to. If you require additional tickets to Web Summit, please talk to your Partner Success Manager.
2. Email authorisation
When you enter the email address, you will receive an email containing the link to your personal ticket dashboard. For security purposes, this link will expire after 48 hours. Please allow up to 24 hours for the link to arrive in your inbox.
3. Assigning tickets
Once you have followed the link, you will see your ticket package under ‘my orders’. By clicking ‘manage tickets’, you will be able to assign your tickets.
Important to note: Only one person can be assigned as a ticket manager. If you need to change your originally attributed ticket manager, please reach out to the Partner Success team.
You need your ticket to register for the event and access the venue. Please note your ticket type and what access it grants.
Discount Codes
Your partnership package includes a discount code for any additional general attendee tickets you may want to purchase. This discount code applies to the price of a general attendee ticket at the time of purchase. If you are planning on placing a bulk/group order let us know.

This code can be shared through a newsletter or your client list.
This code cannot be shared on any social network pages.

*ticket can be re-assigned as long as the person did not check in at the event.
The deadline for assigning tickets is November 8.
We recommend that you allocate all your tickets as soon as possible. Early allocation of tickets will allow you and your colleagues to create your Web Summit attendee profile and start networking with other attendees.
Please note that any staff working at your booth (not involved in build, load-in or load-out) should be allocated one of your Partner tickets.
If you have not received an email with a link to your ticket dashboard, but know it has been sent, please try the following steps:
Contact partner success team to ensure your tickets have been allocated to the correct email address.
Please check your spam folders.
Please ensure the email addresses info@websummit.com or tickets@websummit.com are not blocked by your organisations firewalls.
