The Partner Success team can create your account for our partner store. You will be sent an email asking you to activate your account and create a password. You will then be able to log in and browse the Web Summit partner store.
Please contact Partner Success team with the reason you would like to cancel your order, and they will be able to advise you on the aaplicable deadline and the best course of action.
All payments must be completed at the time of purchase by using a credit card.

It's possible to change the information on your partner profile, including your logo and more. Please ask the Partner Success team to make the required updates.
While we will not engage directly with your relevant embassy, we can supply you with a letter confirming you will be attending Web Summit in order to support your application. You can request a letter by signing into your attendee profile. You will need your ticket booking reference to sign in. This booking reference can be found in your confirmation email or on your ticket dashboard.
There is no need to print your ticket. To gain access to the event, you will need to download the Web Summit app from the Google Play Store or the App Store. To access the app and get your ticket, you must enter your email and your booking reference code.
Any partner bringing staff to work at their booth will have to assign them tickets from their allocated partner tickets.

If you have a speaker on any of our Web Summit main stages, their key attendee success manager will provide them with their tickets. There is no need to assign them a ticket from your own bundle of tickets. You will need to assign your own tickets if you are hosting Masterclasses.
In short, no. All tickets must be collected by each individual ticket holder, who must provide a valid photo ID at registration in order to receive their accreditation.

As standard, masterclasses are theatre style layout, with AV and furniture supplied. You cannot change the room layout due to the time required for this and also as it decreases the capacity of the room.

Media passes are issued to accredited journalists and crew only. If you are planning to bring filming crew to the event, please reach out to the Partner Success team, and they will be able to advice on the best course of action.
Filming is restricted at all stages. It is not permitted for anyone to film stage content.

There is no storage at your booth. You have the option to hire a lockable cabinet from the partner store. Please note: The deadline to confirm all your store orders is October 7. Alternatively you can organize storage through our shipping partner. Please ask Partner Success team for an introduction.
There will be security in the venue overnight, but please note that they will not be located at any booth. Web Summit is not responsible if items left unattended go missing overnight.
Yes, you can hire a dedicated security for your stand via the partner store.
Once your startup is approved and confirmed to attend Web Summit, they will receive an email with a link to assign their tickets. Each startup will receive 3 tickets for their team to attend.
Your Partner Success Manager will send you a partner startup form, which you are required to circulate to your startups, requesting them to complete it as soon as possible. Only startups that fill out the form will be reviewed. This form has a set of specific questions which will decide the correct track your startup will exhibit through at our event. If approved, they will be assigned to the relevant track (ALPHA, BETA or GROWTH).

Startups that are not being placed within a dedicated partner startup island will exhibit for one day in their chosen industry-vertical. Particular exhibition days cannot be requested.
All startups will receive weekly email updates from their Startup Success Manager, highlighting all activations along with how and where to register. There is also additional information available on this here.
These are contractual benefits only. If it is included in your contract, you can submit one attendee perk and one jobs board per partner per event.
Friday, October 4 is the final deadline for submission of attendee perks if you want your perk to be included in promotion. We can facilitate perks beyond this date, but they may not be included in promotions.
Your Partner Success Manager will be in touch regarding your perk/jobs board signups once the campaign has closed.
Perks must be available to all Web Summit attendees, regardless of location.
