Screen mounting
Partners can hire screens and order screen mounts or stands from our Partner Store. If you order a screen mount, please submit your screen mounting plan by following the steps below.
You can also bring your own screen and stand for your exhibition booth. However, for insurance and operational reasons, personal screens cannot be mounted on provided walls, and we will not assist with this.
Please note: if you bring your own screen, the Web Summit team will not help with any technical issues.
Screen size limit for a 2m x 2m stand: up to 55”

Detail Screen Positioning: Your render should include:
Exact screen dimensions
Preferred wall for mounting
Measurements from the screen edges to the wall boundaries
Submit the Template: Send your completed screen mounting plan template through the form provided by your partner success team by October 7th.
We recommend consulting with your designer about the screen mounting plan when planning your stand's artwork.
