This show was really something.

I have watched a few decent comedy anime in my time, but nothing has even come close to this at all. This is by far the funniest anime I have ever watched, and possibly one of the funniest shows overall that I've watched. Not only is this show absolutely ridiculous and hilarious, but the story elements and presentation were surprisingly good.

The actual story of this show is super simple, and honestly if the wrong studio made this, the show would be garbage. However, the way the story is paced and presented makes it really fun to watch and interesting. They make the most stupid shit so cinematic and intense for literally no reason, it's so random yet intriguing. I think the ending of this show was done really well, but I would totally be down to see more of the show if it for some reason got a sequel. One thing I must mention, however, is the blatant fan-service. For as long as this list has existed, actually even before it existed, I have always condemned fan-service. I always believed that it took something away from a show, unless it was done in a comedic fashion. Well, lucky for this show, it does just that. The way they present the fanservice in this show isn't for some filler reason or annoying interruption, but rather something that is integrated in the story and is also just to make the show more crude. This is by far the most fan-service I've seen in a show, yet it works the best.

The characters in this show have got to be my favorite part. At first I thought they were all really weird, but they started to grow on me. However, from episode 1, my favorite character was Gakuto and remains that way now. He's constantly screaming stuff, his language is randomly sophisticated, he's the "smart/nerdy" guy but ends up being the dumbest most of the time, and he literally shits himself. Idk how you could make a funnier character in this show. Aside from Gakuto, a lot of the other characters were really entertaining to watch. The antagonists were pretty interesting, and it was overall really funny the way they presented a lot of the stuff they did.

The pacing in this show was really good! I thought I was gonna find it stupid and get bored, but I really was impressed at how it kept my attention and interest. There was pretty much something always going on. Unlike a lot of comedies, this one actually had some pretty cool spy-like sequences and plot-twists, even if they were predictable. The whole ending of season 1 was really cool to see, even if a lot of it was really weird.

The music and visuals weren't bad! The style of animation and art is a bit old, but it's not bad by any means. I think it looks pretty nice sometimes. The audio was really intense, with the most dramatic sound-effects played at something as stupid as a dude seeing a girl's pussy. It was so absurd but added so much to the experience. The music wasn't anything super special, but there were a few notable decent tracks. The opening/ending weren't very noteworthy, but weren't below average by any means.

Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by this show. I did not expect it to be this good story-wise or comedy wise. I think it works tremendously in many areas and I definitely recommend if you are okay with crude-comedy and recommend watching the uncensored version if you wanna get hard.
