When creating a new product, if you discover that the corresponding brand does not exist in the system, please follow these steps:
當您在建立新產品時,若發現系統中沒有對應的品牌,請依照以下步驟操作:
Navigate to the Merchant Centre > Product > Add New Product, then look up “Brand Field” to see if the brand is available on the system.
請前往後台,依序點選「Product」>「Add New Product」,並在「Brand」欄位中搜尋,以確認品牌是否已存在。
If the brand is Unavailable, please click "Add New Brand" to submit the brand information for our review.
如品牌並不存在,請點選「ADD NEW BRAND」來提交品牌資訊,以便我們進行審核。

Make sure all mandatory fields are filled out accurately and authentically before submitting. This is crucial for a successful review.
在提交新品牌資料前,請務必真實、準確地填寫所有必填欄位,這是審核順利通過的關鍵。
After submission, the SKU brand field will show a status of "PENDING." The review process typically takes 1 to 2 business days.
審核狀態: 申請提交後,相關商品的「品牌」欄位將會顯示「待處理/Pending」狀態。審核流程通常需要 1 至 2 個工作天。
During this time, the brand information will be hidden on the product page.
在此期間,品牌資訊將在商品頁面中被隱藏。
Once the brand is approved, it will be officially live and displayed on the product page.
審批完成後,該品牌將會正式上線,並在商品頁面中顯示。
若英文本與中文譯本之間有任何歧異,則以英文本為準。
