To become a Yoho Marketplace seller, you first must be a legally registered shop owner, brand owner, or an authorized distributor. In addition, you'll need to comply with the platform policies for Yoho Marketplace sellers

You are the brand owner - the store should exclusively sell products under the brand(s) owned by the brand owner.

A distributor that has been exclusively designated by the brand owner may also create a flagship store on the YOHO Marketplace. The distributor must solely sell products under the brand(s) owned by the brand owner in the store.

The brand should have a strong reputation, which can be demonstrated through factors such as international presence and a history of at least 5 years, either locally or globally.

An established retail chain with a minimum of 10 offline outlets in Hong Kong is eligible to create a flagship store on YOHO Marketplace.

This exclusive program invites select merchants seeking full control of their 3S shop while leveraging Yoho 1P's merchandising expertise to boost sales. Merchants maintain complete ownership and management of their 3S shop. Simultaneously, Yoho 1P's merchandising team will procure high-potential products from the merchant via a standard reseller agreement. Yoho assumes responsibility for inventory, sales, marketing, and utilizes its efficient systems like Flash Delivery to boost the sales.

This program is by invitation only, eligible for merchants who does not have the e-commerce capability and the product portfolio fits into the requirement of the 1P business model. Under this program, YOHO will handle all the product listing, product content optimization, order shipping and after-sales inquiries. The difference between TTS and TTS+ is that TTS+ program is eligible for merchants who are already selling more than 90% of their SKUs through YOHO 1P merchandising.

Under this program, YOHO will handle all the product listing, product content optimization, order shipping (with YOHO's inventory), and after-sales inquiries. It is an ideal solution for merchants or brands who are already working deeply with YOHO through 1P merchandising.
