As a crucial first step, it is essential to professionally set up your storefront on the YOHO Marketplace. This will greatly enhance trust among customers and provide them with valuable insights into your brand. Here are a few recommendations and tips for you:
Store Page Setting
Upload a min. 150 x 150px dimension of image as your store logo in one of the formats: JPG or PNG.
Upload a min. 1330 x 235px dimension of the image as your store's primary banner in one of the formats: JPG or PNG.
Upload a min. 736 x 315px dimension of the image as your store's secondary banner in one of the formats: JPG or PNG.
Provide comprehensive information about your brand, including its history, values, and unique selling points. This helps customers develop a deeper understanding of your brand and fosters a sense of connection and trust. Do it in both Chinese and English.

Contacts Setting
As you will also be responsible for after-sales, please provide at least one communication channel(s). Your contact details will be shown to customers in order details.

Set the shipping SLA - to increase customers' satisfaction, we recommended same-day delivery or next-day delivery

Table Rate Setting
Set up your local shipping rates - The shipping fee will directly affect your sales, we recommend that the shipping fee should not exceed HKD$30- HKD$50
The shipping fee of an order is calculated based on the total weight of ordered items. Please set the weight of your SKU accurately
Our merchants' average free shipping criteria is set at HKD$400- HKD$500
Commission will not be taken from delivery fee
