We encourage merchants to provide clear after-sales contact information to customers for easier communication. In addition, merchants can add more than one contact to receive the order email notice. You can follow the steps below to add the after-sales contact and additional contact on Merchant Centre.

Merchant Centre > Setting > Business Setting > Contacts.
平台商戶管理後台 > 「Setting 」 >「 Business Setting」 > 「Contacts」
After filling in all the contact information, please click "Save Changes" to complete the process.
