Contacts Information

We encourage merchants to provide clear after-sales contact information to customers for easier communication. In addition, merchants can add more than one contact to receive the order email notice.  You can follow the steps below to add the after-sales contact and additional contact on Merchant Centre.

我們鼓勵商家提供明確的售後聯絡資訊，以便客戶進行溝通及處理訂單售後事宜。此外，商戶可以新增多個聯絡人，以接收新訂單電郵通知。您可依照以下步驟，在平台商戶管理後台中新增售後聯絡人和額外聯絡人：

• After filling in all the contact information, please click "Save Changes" to complete the process.

• 填寫所有聯絡資訊後，請點擊「Save Changes」以完成程序。
