The great thing is that whenever you receive a new order, you will receive a notification via the email you provided in the application. So you will not miss any new orders and you do not need to keep logging in to the Merchant Centre 24/7. However, when you are notified about the new order, our Merchant Centre can provide all the information you need for fulfilment.
每當您收到新訂單時,您都會透過申請時提供的電子郵件收到通知。因此,您將不會錯過任何新訂單通知,也不需要 24 小時隨時登入商戶管理後台。
Pending Orders / 待處理訂單
Pending order means the customer has put the SKU into their shopping cart and created an order, however, the payment is not yet completed. There are many reasons for this - customers got interrupted during the process, customers having second thoughts - they might or might not come back to complete the order. But until the status changes, you do not need to fulfill the pending orders.
待處理訂單表示顧客已將商品 SKU 加入購物車並建立訂單,但尚未完成付款。原因可能有很多,例如顧客在購物過程中被打斷、顧客仍在考慮是否購買等。他們可能會回來完成訂單付款,也可能不會。但在訂單狀態變更之前,您無需處理「待處理訂單」。
To Ship / 待出貨訂單
To ship orders are the orders that need to be fulfilled. Click on the order number to see customer details, such as the customer's name, address, phone number, SKU, and the quantity purchased
待發貨的訂單是需要履行的訂單,點擊訂單號以查看顧客詳細資訊,例如顧客姓名、地址、電話號碼、SKU 和購買數量。
You may also click on "Export" to export an Excel report for your operating need
您也可以點擊「Export」按鈕,將訂單資料匯出為 Excel 報表,以便您進行營運管理或資料分析。
If you want to include an invoice in the package, you may download it by clicking "Download Invoice"

Please fulfill the order within the promised SLA to avoid an order cancellation
請務必在您承諾的物流訂單寄出時效(SLA)期限內處理訂單寄出,以避免訂單取消。
Please make sure the package is well-packed and protected to avoid potential order cancellation
請確保包裹經過妥善包裝和保護,以避免在運送過程中損壞,而導致訂單取消。
After shipping the order, click on "Confirm Shipment", choose your carrier, and insert the tracking no. The customer will get this update and see the order status in their order.
在您完成寄出後,請點擊「Shipment」按鈕,選擇您使用的物流業者,並輸入包裹追蹤編號。顧客將收到出貨通知,並可在其訂單頁面中查看運單編號。
