Free‑shipping incentives are now standard market practice, with typical thresholds observed between HK$100 and HK$600 and average delivery charges commonly ranging from HK$20 to HK$200.
根據平台數據分析及電商行業趨勢,香港消費者對運費較為敏感,運費將直接影響其購買決策。目前市場普遍採用「免運門檻」作為促進轉化的重要策略,行業平均免運門檻約為 HK$100 至 HK$600,而配送費一般介乎 HK$20 至 HK$200。
Cross‑border and mainland marketplaces have accelerated this shift by offering broad free‑shipping promotions (including single‑item free shipping and removal of minimum spend), reshaping local expectations and intensifying competitive pressure.

In response to current market dynamics and evolving consumer behavior, merchants are expected to align with platform guidelines by setting competitive free shipping thresholds. Additionally, merchants should adopt standardized shipping fee structures across the three designated weight tiers. These measures aim to enhance product competitiveness, strengthen customer value perception, and support improved conversion performance.
基於上述市場環境及消費者行為變化,平台商戶需依平台指引設定具市場競爭力的免運門檻,並按照三個重量區間採用相應運費標準,以共同提升商品吸引力並優化轉化表現。
Shipping Fee Standards (Weight-Based) 運費收費標準(按重量劃分)
Shipping fees for each order will be calculated based on the total actual weight of all items within the same order, and will be capped according to the following weight tiers:
訂單運費將根據同一訂單中所有商品的「總實際重量」計算,並以以下區間作為收費上限標準:
Within 1 kg: Shipping fee must not exceed HK$50
1 公斤或以下:運費不可高於 HK$50
Within 5 kg: Shipping fee must not exceed HK$70
介乎 1 公斤至 5 公斤:運費不高於 HK$70
Over 5 kg: Shipping fee must not exceed HK$200
超過 5 公斤:運費不高於 HK$200
Important Notes / 重要提醒:
Merchants may set their own shipping fees within the above limits but must not exceed the maximum cap for each weight tier. / 商戶可在上述上限範圍內,自行設定運費收費金額,但不得高於相應重量區間的最高運費標準;
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of all items in an order. Please ensure that the weight of each SKU is accurately configured to avoid miscalculation. /訂單運費將根據商品總重量計算。請確保每個 SKU 的重量設定準確無誤,以避免運費計算錯誤。
Free Shipping Threshold 免運門檻
When the order value (excluding shipping fees) reaches the merchant-defined free shipping threshold, the system will automatically waive the shipping fee.
當訂單結算金額 (不含運費)達到商戶設定之免運門檻時,系統將自動豁免該訂單運費。
The free shipping threshold must not exceed HK$800. / 免運門檻不得高於 HK$800。

為提升客人收貨的靈活性與便利性,友和現已支援順豐「自提點」取件功能(無需自行對接API)。
Merchants can simply enable this feature in the backend, allowing customers to select SF Service Center or SF Lockers as delivery destinations at checkout, significantly improving the overall order and fulfilment experience.
商戶只需於後台啟用相關設定,即可讓客人於結帳時選擇 順豐服務中心或智能櫃 作為收貨地址,全面優化購物及收貨體驗。

Step 1: Select “Pickup Point” as the delivery method

Setup Guide / 啟用教學 🛠️
To enable the Pickup Point feature / 請按照以下步驟啟用「自提點」功能:
Log in to your merchant account, navigate to “Shipping Management > Shipping Methods & Rates > Pickup Point Configuration”;
登入商戶後台 ;前往「Shipment Management」頁面,於「Shipping Methods & Rates」>「Pickup Point Configuration」;
Turn SF Pickup Point option to “Enabled”;
將「Enable SF Pickup Points」設為「啟用」;
根據指示設定不同重量區間之運費 (Within 1kg / Within 5kg / Over 5kg) 及 訂單免運門檻(必填);
Configure shipping fees based on weight tiers (Within 1 kg, Within 5 kg, Over 5 kg) and set the free shipping threshold (required);
儲存設定。
Save your settings.
Important Notes / 重要注意事項 ⚠️
To ensure smooth delivery and avoid additional charges, please take note of the following / 為確保配送順利並避免額外費用,請務必留意以下事項:
Ensure all product dimensions and weight (Length / Width / Height / Weight) are accurately filled in 📏
務必準確填寫每項產品的尺寸及重量(長 / 闊 / 高 / 重量);
If product size or weight information is missing, the Pickup Point option will not be available to customers at the checkout page.
若產品未填寫相關尺寸等資料,「自提點」功能將不會顯示供客人選擇;
Merchants can update product dimensions and weight in bulk via “Bulk Update Product”.
如需更新產品尺寸及重量,建議透過「Bulk Update Product」進行批量修改;
Parcels exceeding SF Express size limits for SF Store or SF Lockers may result in delivery failure, rerouting, or returns. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect size information will be borne by the merchant.
若包裹尺寸超出順豐站或智能櫃限制,可能導致派送失敗、改派或退件。因尺寸錯誤所產生之轉寄或額外運費,將由商戶自行承擔;
Accurate size and weight data directly affect logistics arrangements and shipping costs; please ensure all information is correct to avoid delays or disputes 🙏

Merchants should present delivery, return, and refund policies in a transparent and easy-to-understand format, ensuring all key terms are clearly communicated before purchase.
商戶應以清晰、透明及易於理解的方式展示運送、退貨及退款政策,確保客人在購買前已充分了解所有主要條款。
Delivery Policy :
Clearly state delivery coverage, shipping methods, and estimated delivery timeframes.
清楚列明配送範圍、運送方式及預計送達時間等物流資訊。
Specify shipping fees, including free shipping thresholds, remote area surcharges, and any additional handling fees if applicable.
清楚說明運費結構,包括免運門檻、偏遠地區附加費及其他可能產生的處理費用。
Specify the order processing time required before shipment, and distinguish it from the actual delivery time.
說明訂單出貨前所需的處理時間,並與實際配送時間作出區分。
If available, provide tracking details and explain how customers can check their shipment status.
如有提有運單追蹤服務,應向客人說明如何查詢物流狀態。
Return Policy:
Clearly define the return eligibility criteria, including return period, item condition, and any non-returnable products.
清楚列明退貨條件,包括退貨期限、商品狀態及不可退貨商品類別。
State the return request process and required steps for customers.
說明退貨申請流程及所需程序。
Specify the return and refund guidelines, covering eligibility, step-by-step procedures, expected processing times, and any special terms that may apply.
提供清晰的退換貨及退款政策,須註明符合資格、退貨程序、預期所需處理時間等等。
