A. Product Title and Images (商品標題及圖片)

1. Any mention of an original brand name in the product title or images must include a clear connecting phrase, such as "Suitable for" or "Compatible with."

所有商品標題及圖片中，凡提及原廠品牌名稱之處，必須包含明確銜接詞，如：「適用於 / Suitable for」或「兼容 / Compatible with」。

2. Terms such as "Original," "Official," "Genuine," or "Authorized" are strictly prohibited in titles, images, and descriptions.
   商戶不得在商品標題、圖片或描述中出現「原廠」、「官方」或「授權」等字眼。

3. All product images must be original photographs taken by the merchant. The use of official product photos, trademarks (Logos), packaging designs, or any kind of materials created by the brand owner or official distributors is strictly forbidden.
   商品圖片必須為商戶自行拍攝之實物照。不得使用由品牌擁有者、原廠或官方經銷商製作的產品圖片、商標 (Logo)、包裝、或其他素材。

4. If the original brand name appears in an image, its font size and principal part must not exceed that of the actual product or the merchant’s own brand logo.

圖片中提及的原廠品牌名稱，其字體大小及顯眼程度，不得大於產品主圖或商戶自有品牌標誌。

5. Merchants must not replicate the original brand’s signature fonts, color schemes, or layouts. The overall presentation must not mislead consumers into perceiving the item as an "official product."

商戶不得使用原廠品牌之專屬字體、配色、排版風格或特定視覺組合，避免使消費者產生該商品為「官方產品」的錯覺。

B. 商品描述 (Product Description)

1. Claims such as "equivalent to original performance" or "100% identical" are prohibited unless the merchant provides legally binding third-party testing reports.

除非商戶能提供具法律效力的第三方檢測報告，否則不得使用「與原廠效能一致」或「100% 相同」等描述。

2. Mandatory Disclaimer must include the following bilingual disclaimer in the product description:
   此類商品描述中必須包含以下聲明（中英文）：

中文聲明： 「本產品為第三方品牌生產之兼容替用配件。商品頁面提及之品牌名稱及商標僅供適配性參考，並非原廠產品。」

English Disclaimer: "This product is a third-party compatible accessory. Any brand names or trademarks mentioned are for compatibility reference only and do not imply that this is an original product."
