Category Requirements 類別要求

To mitigate the risk of consumer disputes, merchants must strictly comply with the following requirements. Non-compliance may result in the platform exercising discretion to resolve disputes in favor of the consumer.

為降低消費糾紛風險，商戶必須遵守以下規定。若未能遵守，平台將保留權利在處理相關糾紛時酌情偏向顧客。

Parallel Import Consumer Electronics and Appliances / 平行進口消費電子產品及家電:

• Customers generally expect warranty coverage for products in these categories. 

顧客一般期望此類商品提供維修及保養服務。

• Merchants must clearly disclose “Parallel Import” or「平行進口」in the product name or description. 

商戶必須於商品標題或描述中清楚標示「Parallel Import」或「平行進口」。

• Merchants must specify the warranty period and the warranty service provider. 

商戶必須在保養條款標明保養期及維修服務和代理商資料。

• Failure to disclose warranty provider details may give rise to disputes with brand owners or authorized distributors or consumers. 

未有披露保養服務提供者資料，可能引發與品牌方或授權經銷商之間的爭議，或與消費者的爭議。

• Merchants must be familiar with electrical compliance requirements—such as the electrical safety specifications and energy efficiency labeling standards set by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD)—and ensure all products meet these standards; should customer complaints arise due to non-compliance, the platform will favor the customer when resolving the dispute.

 商戶必須了解機電工程署的電氣安全規格及能源效益標籤等電器合規要求，所有產品必須符合相關要求，如因不合規而有客人投訴，平台會偏向顧客處理相關糾紛。

Products with Expiry Dates / 具有有效期限的商品

• Merchants must clearly disclose any expiry date information that may reasonably influence a customer's purchasing decision, particularly for products with a short remaining shelf life. Consumers reasonably expect such products to have an adequate remaining shelf life upon delivery.

商戶必須清楚披露任何可能影響顧客購買決定的有效期限資訊，尤其是剩餘有效期限較短的商品。顧客合理期望該類商品於收貨時具備足夠的剩餘使用期限。

Cosmetics, Skincare, Health, and Wellness Products 化妝品、護膚品及保健產品（具有效期限）

• Consumers reasonably expect such products to have sufficient remaining shelf life upon delivery. 

消費者合理期望此類商品於收貨時具備充足的剩餘使用期限。

• Products must have a remaining shelf life of at least 3 months beyond the expected consumption period at the time of delivery. 

消費者期望收到商品時，商品有效期限至少有三個月或以上。

• Example: If a vitamin bottle lasts 3 months, the expiry date must be at least 6 months from delivery.

例子： 一瓶維生素可持續使用三個月，商戶需確保在發貨前，商品的有效期限至少有六個月或以上。 

• Failure to meet this requirement may result in consumer disputes and potential enforcement actions.

未能符合此要求可能導致消費糾紛及相關處理措施。

• For products with short expiry dates, merchants must clearly disclose such information in the product title or description to manage consumer expectations.

對於有效期限較短的商品，商戶必須於商品標題或描述中清楚披露相關資料，以管理消費者期望。

• Non-compliance may result in the platform exercising discretion to resolve disputes in favor of the consumer.

若未能遵守，平台將保留權利在處理相關糾紛時酌情偏向顧客。
