We occasionally receive inquiries regarding official distributorships and concerns related to parallel import listings. The following procedure addresses these issues, balancing the interests of all parties and adhering to applicable laws. Under Hong Kong's current legal framework and its free trade policy, parallel importation is permissible. Therefore, our platform cannot legally restrict the sale of parallel import products. 

To report a product listing or merchant infringing upon your distributorship rights, please contact our WhatsApp hotline at 53357570, providing details of your concern and proof of your official distributorship. Upon receipt, we will require the merchant to comply with the following within 10 working days, failing which the product listing may be removed:

• The listing must not contain terms such as "Official," "行貨" (or equivalent), or any language implying official distribution. The merchant is responsible for ensuring customers understand the product is not from the official distributor.

• The listing must not use images created by the brand owner or official distributor.

我們偶爾會收到官方授權 / 經銷商就平行進口商品列表作出相關的查詢。以下程序旨在平衡各方利益並遵守適用法律，以妥善處理有關爭議。

根據香港現行法律框架及其自由貿易政策，平行進口是允許的。因此，我們的平台在法律層面上無法限制平行進口商品的銷售。

若您要舉報商品列表或平台商戶侵犯您的經銷權，請透過我們的 WhatsApp 專線 5335 7570 聯絡我們，並提供您的疑慮以及您官方經銷權的證明。收到您的舉報後，我們將要求平台商戶在 10 個工作天內遵守以下規定，否則該商品列表可能會被移除：

• 商品列表不得包含「官方」、「行貨」（或同義詞）等字眼，或任何暗示官方經銷的用語。商戶有責任確保顧客了解該商品並非來自官方經銷商。

• 商品列表不得使用品牌擁有者或官方經銷商製作的圖片。

若英文本與中文譯本之間有任何歧異，則以英文本為準。
